Chair- Malcolm Miller

Malcolm has spent 42 years in the Refrigeration and Airconditioning industry and is the Managing Director of Absolute Airconditioning and Refrigeration Ltd established in 1989. He served his apprenticeship at Fletcher Mechanical. Malcolm was also President of the Otahuhu Rotary Club 2018-2019 and is currently the Chairman of the Board of the Otahuhu Rotary Club.

Cam Crawford 

Cam has over 30 years experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, now the Managing Director of Chillex Group, founded in 1995. He is former chair of CCCANZ.am served his apprenticeship with Carrier Air Conditioning and worked for several years in the Middle East and the UK as a refrigeration engineer prior to setting up Chillex Group. Cam is a strong advocate for HVAC and the refrigeration apprenticeship system, supporting this as a Competenz workplace assessor.

Rob Morgan

Rob has been in the industry for over 20 years.  He is a former Chair of CCCANZ and is currently the owner of Refrigeration Specialties Limited, a specialist refrigeration and air conditioning wholesaler, selling spare parts and capital equipment, both locally and throughout the Pacific.  Rob is passionate about and is advocating for a mandatory Refrigerant License Regime for the industry.

Garry Ko

Garry Ko is a shareholder and the Executive Director for RCR Infrastructure Limited.  Prior to acquiring a share in the business, he was the Finance Manager under the previous ownership.  Garry is qualified as a CA and CPA with extensive experience in the finance field of which 10 years encompassed HVAC, Electrical and Refrigeration industries.  With Garry’s industry experience, he’s able to add value to assist the institution to run in a professional format to support its members and ultimately advise on government policy setting.

Greg McCarthy

Greg is Regional General Manager Central Region for Aquaheat New Zealand, having joined in 1989 as a Building Services Estimator and progressed through other leadership roles over that time.  He is a past president of NZHEVAC and was a foundation executive committee member for CCCANZ.  Greg returns to CCCANZ after 9 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with him.

Darryl Rochester

Darryl Rochester is Managing Director of Black Diamond Technologies the NZ distributor for Mitsubishi and a leader in Air Conditioning and Home Appliance markets. With some 30+ years tenure in this industry, Darryl has held a number of senior management roles at BDT since joining the company  over 20 years ago as GM.  Darryl will bring his broad understanding of the Heat Pump market along with strong leadership skills to the CCCANZ board.
